Currently our affiliate network only applies to the BoadHaus and the Simply Nota brands as other brands are added they will be noted here.
Payment Qualification
An account qualifies for a payout when the balance reaches 25 US Dollars or the Jamaican Dollar equivalent.
Payments
Payments will be made within 14 days after the account hits the 25 US Dollar (Or JMD equivalent).
Commission Rates
The current commission rates is 10% for store purchases and 25% (recurring) for Premium Membership subscriptions. Commission rates does not include shipping fees. Commission my be modified at any time without notice by the BoadMarkt. Changes to the commission rate will be posted here.
Cookie Duration
Our cookie duration is 30 days. This means that if a purchase is made up to 30 days after a visitor uses your link to visit our website you will be credited with the sale.
Recurring Payments
Recurring payments only apply to Premium Membership registrations and lasts for the lifetime of the membership.

Rights of Ownership
The BoadMarkts platform, The BoadHaus logo and BoadHaus branded products are owned in their entirety by BoadHaus. Subsequently each participating business retains ownership of all elements of logos, images, videos and copy provided to BoadHaus for the purpose of showcasing, promoting and selling their products.
Payment of membership fees
Each premium member is obligated to pay their invoice within 24 hours of receiving said invoice. Products for businesses more than 7 days delinquent will be pulled from the market place. If payment is not forthcoming before the next payout date, then fees will be deducted from any amounts owed to the business if any and that businesses participation will be terminated.
Domain Name**
Domain names purchased on behalf of any vendor belongs to BoadHaus for the initial year of purchase and must point to BoadHaus.com during this time. After this period (1 year) the name may be renewed by the vendor at a cost of USD $20.00 and have the name turned over to the vendor, at which time the name may be pointed anywhere the vendor prefer.
Monetary Payouts
Payouts period – 24 – 48 hours from purchase.
Eligibility of Payouts – Payouts are eligible for amounts within 24-48 ours of sale based on makers level.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed by BoadHaus on behalf of the maker and recoup from subsequent sales by the maker issuing the refund. BoadHaus reserves the right to request payment from maker before a refund is issued for refunds greater than $5,000.00 JMD. BoadHaus reserves the right to terminate the account of any businesses that issue more than 3 refunds in a single month.
Warranties
BoadHaus does not warrant that the functions contained in these web-pages or the Internet website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the performance of the web pages and website is with the vendor. In no event will BoadHaus be liable to the vendor or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of, or inability to, operate these web pages or website, even if BoadHaus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason un-enforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
